Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Low pressure 29.60 inches will move from the Mid-Mississippi
Valley across the eastern Great Lakes on Sunday, as a cold front
moves across the region. A trough averaging 30.00 inches will
linger over Lake Erie through early next week, with another trough
moving in from the west midweek.
