1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 30.00 inches today is replaced by a trough
averaging 29.90 inches Sunday into Monday. A weak warm front
moves across Lake Erie Tuesday morning, followed by a stationary
front in the vicinity of the lake Tuesday night, and another warm
front Wednesday.
