For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A frontal boundary will stall just south of the area Friday
through Sunday as high pressure 30.10 inches builds south across
the Great Lakes. The stalled front will lift back north as a warm
front on Monday as high pressure 30.00 inches builds across the
Ohio Valley.
