For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Low pressure 29.70 inches center over the Great Lakes will track
east this evening, moving a strong cold front east across the
lake. A surface trough averaging 29.90 inches will linger across
Lake Erie through Tuesday before high pressure 30.20 inches builds
east Tuesday night through Wednesday night. Another low pressure
30.00 inches moves across the Ohio River Valley on Thursday before
high pressure 30.20 inches builds east on Friday.
