For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Low pressure will deepen to 29.70 inches as it departs across the
eastern Great Lakes this afternoon. A ridge averaging 29.90
inches will build into the Ohio Valley tonight and Friday then
expand to the eastern Great Lakes while strengthening to 30.20
inches through Monday.
