Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 29.90 inches sets up over Lake Erie today. This
trough persists Monday with pressure falling to 29.70 inches ahead
of a cold front that crosses Monday night and Tuesday morning. A
post frontal trough 29.80 inches lingers through Wednesday before
high pressure 30.00 inches moves over Lake Erie Thursday.
