Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A frontal boundary will wobble slightly north and south near Lake
Erie through Wednesday. Three weak low pressure systems 29.90
inches will move along the front today through Wednesday. The
front will finally push south of the region Wednesday night as
high pressure 30.00 inches builds into the region Thursday and
Friday.
