  Waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA from 20
  to 60 NM...

* Until 200 PM CDT.

* At 107 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Eugene Island
  113, or 35 nm southwest of Atchafalaya Bay. The strong thunderstorm
  was nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Eugene Island 158, South Marsh Island 23, South Marsh Island 33,
  Eugene Island 135, Eugene Island 113, Eugene Island 184, South
  Marsh Island 288, South Marsh Island 40, Eugene Island 175, South
  Marsh Island 39, Eugene Island 129, and Eugene Island 182.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
