* At 401 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Atchafalaya
  Bay, moving southwest at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Eugene Island 32, Atchafalaya Bay, and Eugene Island 57.
