* WHAT... Sustained winds in excess of 20 mph, along with frequent
 gusts.

* WHERE... Portions of southwest and south central Louisiana along
  and south of interstate 10.

* WHEN...From 11:30 AM CST this morning through 6 PM CST this
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may make driving difficult. Small objects
  and various debris may get lofted and blown around.
