.DISCUSSION...
Minimum RH values will be in the 30s north of I-10 today and Thursday.
Moisture values will start to creep up by Friday with minimum RH values rising
into the 40-50% range. Even with the low RH values, wet fuels and
low winds, 5 to 10 mph, will help to limit fire spread. Rain will be sparse through
the weekend but early next week widespread wetting rain is expected.
