Tropical Storm Bertha is located in southern Cameron Parish.
This system will bring periods of heavy rain for south Louisiana
in the morning and for central Louisiana in the afternoon.
For gusty winds will continue all day for central Louisiana
with winds up to 30 mph from the east in the morning then becoming
southeast in the afternoon.
Minimum RH values will be around 70% with max RH near 100%.
