.DISCUSSION...
Areas of patchy fog have transitioned low broken to overcast
clouds. Winds will remain out of the northeast today with gusts
not expected to be frequent. These winds will gradually ease
becoming light during the overnight hours into Tuesday while
gaining SE`ly components into the mid morning hours prior to
picking up in the afternoon. RH behind the intial cold front is
not expected to drop significantly, allowing patchy fog to be
possible Monday night. However, this window would generally be
limited before sunrise Tuesday with winds expected to mix sfc
moisture into low cloud cover.
