.DISCUSSION...
Dry and cool conditions will persist through Saturday as surface
high pressure builds south over the area. Northerly winds are
expected to stay less than 10 mph today, with winds becoming
southeast on Saturday. Relative humidity values are expected to
lower to around 30 to 35 percent today, with daily rh values
gradually increasing through the weekend. The chance for fog late
tonight into Saturday morning is low, although some patchy frost
is expected to form late tonight.
