The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Tyler County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 800 AM CDT.

* At 633 AM CDT, Between 6 and 8 inches of rain have fallen across
  the warned area. While thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall has
  diminished, flooding impacts will continue, and additional
  rainfall will be possible this morning. Flash flooding is ongoing
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Warren, Ivanhoe and Hillister.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
