...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN FRONTIER...EASTERN
PERKINS...SOUTHWESTERN LINCOLN AND HAYES COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT
CDT/1100 PM MDT/...

At 1119 PM CDT/1019 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Wallace to near Hayes
Center to 8 miles northwest of Stratton. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Curtis, Hayes Center, Wallace, Wellfleet, Maywood, Hamlet, Quick,
Hansen Memorial Reserve State Wildlife Management Area, Willow View
Campground, Hayes Center State Wildlife Management Area, Marengo,
Bluegill Haven Campground, and Red Willow Reservoir State Recreation
Area.

This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 27 and 58.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT/1100
