CENTRAL KEITH...LINCOLN...SOUTHWESTERN LOGAN...SOUTHEASTERN MCPHERSON
AND NORTHEASTERN HAYES COUNTIES THROUGH 1245 AM CDT/1145 PM MDT/...

At 1204 AM CDT/1104 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Sarben to 8 miles west
of Lake Maloney State Recreation Area to near Wellfleet. Movement was
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
North Platte, Tryon, Sutherland, Hershey, Paxton, Brady, Maxwell,
Wellfleet, Sarben, Sutherland Reservoir State Recreation Area, Lake
Maloney State Recreation Area, North Platte Airport, Keith, Maywood,
Cottonwood Canyon State Wildlife Management Area, Coker, Hansen
Memorial Reserve State Wildlife Management Area, Jeffrey Canyon State
Wildlife Management Area, O`Fallons, and Birdwood.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 92 between mile markers 194 and 209.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 1 and 32.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 147 and 203.
 Highway 83 between mile markers 46 and 102.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in North Platte.
