At 322 PM CDT/222 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 7 miles northwest of Tryon, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Highway 97 crossing the Dismal River and Shimmons Lake.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 2 between mile markers 190 and 195.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 195 and 203.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 32 and 54.
