...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN CHERRY...
SOUTHWESTERN ROCK...WESTERN LOUP...SOUTHERN BROWN...BLAINE AND
EASTERN THOMAS COUNTIES THROUGH 130 AM CDT...

At 1243 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Purdum to Halsey. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Brewster, Dunning, Halsey, Elsmere, Purdum, Milburn Diversion Dam
State Wildlife Management Area, Fox Bayou, Almeria Meadow State
Wildlife Management Area, Koshopah, Almeria, Hawley Flats, and
Natwick.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 148 and 153.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 215 and 244.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in North Platte.
