...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LOGAN...
NORTHWESTERN CUSTER...SOUTHWESTERN BLAINE AND SOUTHEASTERN THOMAS
COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM CDT...

At 831 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Thedford, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Thedford, Dunning, Halsey, Highway 83 crossing The Dismal River, and
Natwick.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 2 between mile markers 209 and 237.
 Highway 83 between mile markers 133 and 149.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
north central and west central Nebraska.
