Clouds stuck around overnight as a storm system intensified over
the Rockies and southern High Plains. Some rain showers spread
into far southwest Nebraska this morning. Lows were generally
right around the freezing mark with virtually calm winds.

Rain showers will continue to spread north into the Sandhills
today as additional moisture streams into the area. Potential
exists for a half inch of rainfall near and south of I-80 by this
evening. Highs will range from the mid 40s southwest to mid 50s
north central.
