* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 109
  expected.

* WHERE...Boyd, Garfield, Holt, and Wheeler Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Extreme Heat Warning, from noon today to 8 PM
  CDT this evening. For the second Extreme Heat Warning, from noon
  to 8 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Stay cool, stay hydrated, stay informed.

  central Nebraska.

* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, from noon CDT /11 AM MDT/
  today to 8 PM CDT /7 PM MDT/ this evening. For the second Heat
  Advisory, from noon CDT /11 AM MDT/ to 8 PM CDT /7 PM MDT/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
