This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Light freezing rain is possible across far eastern portions of north
central Nebraska. Any accumulation will be light but a few slick
spots could develop on roadways.

Warm temperatures in the 60s to near 70 this afternoon will combine
with gusty westerly winds to create elevated fire weather conditions
to areas west of Highway 183.

Light snow is possible late tonight across the northwest Sandhills.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Light snow will be possible Friday through Saturday, mainly across
north central Nebraska. At this time, it appears some light amounts
from 1 to 2 inches will be possible across far northern portions of
north central Nebraska.

Cold temperatures this weekend with below zero wind chills across
north central Nebraska from Friday night through Sunday morning.
