This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon due to a
combination of mild temperatures and low humidity. However, winds are
expected to remain light and variable today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thunderstorms are possible Wednesday night through Thursday night
across the area. A few strong to severe storms are possible
Wednesday night, and may contain hail and strong wind gusts along
and south of Highway 2.

Thunderstorm chances persist late week and into the weekend across
much of western and north central Nebraska. The threat for severe
weather is uncertain at this time.
