This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

The threat for thunderstorms will increase this evening across
western portions of the outlook area. Storms may be strong to severe
with damaging wind gusts the main concern but isolated severe hail
and heavy rain also possible. The main area of concern for severe
thunderstorms is along and west of a line from Cody to Wauneta.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Additional thunderstorms including the threat for strong to severe
thunderstorms are possible during the afternoon and evening hours
Saturday and Sunday. The areas of greatest concern will be west of
Highway 83. Damaging wind gusts, large hail, and locally heavy
rainfall will be the main concerns.

The threat for thunderstorms will continue into early next week. At
this time, the threat for severe storms is uncertain.
