.DISCUSSION...

Blustery north winds will continue for much of the daytime in the
wake of a cold front that cleared the area by early Monday
morning.

Expect sustained winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph
early in the afternoon, but a gradual waning of speeds through the
late afternoon. Speeds are expected to drop below 25 mph this
evening with a gradual veering to the east by early Tuesday
morning. Temperatures are unlikely to warm at all today with near
steady to falling values through the remainder of Monday. While a
few flurries are possible in the area, no accumulating
precipitation is expected. Humidity minimum values will approach
50 percent this afternoon, but steady overnight breezes should
limit humidity recovery to around 70 percent heading into Tuesday.

Tuesday is set to be dry with highs in the upper 20s and light
southeast breezes. Wind speeds should remain at or below 20 mph
through the duration of the day.
