.DISCUSSION...

Expect southeasterly winds today and tonight with periodic rain
showers expected this morning into the early afternoon hours.
Highs this afternoon will be around 60 degrees with minimum RH of
80 to 90 percent. Fog development appears likely tonight with RH
recovery to near 100 percent. Winds will then shift around to the
south on Wednesday with warmer temperatures in the middle to upper
70s. Winds may gust up to 25 MPH Wednesday afternoon with minimum
RH around 50 percent.
