.DISCUSSION...

Increased moisture from recent rainfall will keep RH values near
100 percent during the overnight hours and above 40 percent
across much of the region this afternoon. Afternoon temperatures
will rise into the mid 80s with afternoon wind gusts also
increasing to near 15 to 20 mph. Winds are expected to diminish
after sunset, but an increasing potential for isolated thunderstorms
are expected by late afternoon and early evening. These showers
and storms could produce some gusty erratic winds as well as
frequent lightning. Showers will become more widespread after
Midnight Wednesday morning, however, QPF values will remain under
a quarter inch. Overnight lows both tonight and Tuesday night will
drop into the low 60s.
