.DISCUSSION...

Across Lincoln County, quiet weather will persist through this
afternoon. Winds will generally remain out of the east through
Noon before beginning to switch to the southeast in the afternoon.
Winds will remain under 10 mph through Noon with an increase in
winds by the afternoon with sustained winds up to 15 mph and gusts
up to 25 mph. RH values will remain above 90 percent through
tonight dropping into the 35 to 40 percent range by late
afternoon.
