.DISCUSSION...
Expect strong southerly winds to continue well into late evening
hours will not much fall off in wind speeds overnight. Winds will
remain southerly with no change in wind direction expected over
the next 24 hours. RH recovery tonight will be marginal with RH
recovery only around 70 percent toward daybreak on Friday. Expect
wind speeds to continue at 20 to 30 MPH through late evening,
remaining at around 20 to 25 MPH overnight. Conditions will be
windy on Friday, however, low level moisture will increase Friday
morning leading to minimum RH Friday afternoon around 45 percent.
