.DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers with a few embedded thunderstorms, including a
few cloud to ground lightning strikes, will move northeast toward
the fire location through 8pm CDT tonight. While erratic winds may
accompany these showers and storms, wind gusts should remain below
25 mph. Additional rain shower and thunderstorm development is
possible southwest of the area later this evening and will also
move northeast toward the fire area overnight. Relative humidity
recovery is expected to be good overnight.

Low clouds and a few showers will be possible early Friday
morning, though little rainfall is expected. Redevelopment of
showers will be possible again by afternoon. North to northeast
winds will continue Friday at 10-15 mph with a few gusts possible
to 20 mph late morning. A cool weather pattern will remain in
place across much of the area through Saturday, with chances for
showers and a few thunderstorms again.
