.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures begin to fall over the next few hours into the 30s,
down to near 20 degrees south of Ogallala tonight. Humidity will
increase with the falling temperatures, with a maximum humidity
around 90 percent south of Ogallala this evening. Winds remain out
of the north around 10 to 15 miles per hour, gusting around 20
miles per hour until around 10 PM MST. While the gusts subside
overnight, winds remain around 5 to 10 miles per hour out of the
north and become northwesterly around 5 AM MST. Skies are
expected to remain mostly cloudy to overcast overnight and begin
to clear around 3 AM MST.
