.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire weather concerns are expected across the eastern
Panhandle (zone 204) and into portions of northern Nebraska (zone
208) through Thursday as RH values drop to near 20 percent. In
addition, the next chance of wetting rainfall will be Thursday
night and into the weekend keeping conditions dry through this
time. In addition, wind gusts of 20 to 25 mph are expected at
times through Thursday. Elsewhere, plenty of low level moisture
due to recent rainfall will keep RH values above 30 percent and
therefore, fire concerns remain low.
