.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns will remain fairly low over the next 7 days.
Temperatures will be seasonal with highs generally in the 80s with
some 90s in southwestern Nebraska. There will be daily chances for
isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms today through the
middle of next week. Widespread wetting rains are not expected,
however localized areas may see rainfall up to an inch or more.
Low level moisture will persist during the period with minimum RH
reaching as low as 30 percent in the eastern panhandle Sunday and
Monday. Winds will be breezy Saturday and Sunday with
southeasterly or southerly winds 10 to 20 MPH. Winds may gust up
to 25 MPH during the afternoon hours.
