across the eastern panhandle. Afternoon minimum RH will reach
around 25 percent with west winds of 10 to 20 MPH. Elevated fire
weather conditions are possible in the eastern panhandle on
Thursday as minimum relative humidity approaches 20 to 25 percent.
Winds Thursday afternoon will be southerly at 10 to 15 MPH.
