...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT /3 AM MDT/ EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Nebraska, including the
  following counties, Brown, Cherry and Keya Paha.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT /300 AM MDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1250 AM CDT /1150 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Norden, Sparks and Smith Falls State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
