* Special Marine Warning for...
  Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef west end of Seven Mile Bridge
  out 60 nm...
  Straits of Florida from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to south of
  Halfmoon Shoal 20 to 60 nm out...

* Until 445 AM EDT.

* At 343 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms with possible waterspouts were
  located along a line extending from 21 nm southeast of Carysfort
  Reef Light to 8 nm south of Floyd`s Wall Northeast to 7 nm
  southeast of Floyd`s Wall Southwest to 44 nm southeast of Wood`s
  Wall East Crack, moving north and northwest at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats, cause
           considerable damage to vessels and create suddenly higher
           waves. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly
           higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

  Marathon Humps, South Rips, Elbow Cay, Floyd`s Wall Northeast, 409
  Humps, Floyd`s Wall Southwest, and Rips.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, steep and fast-building
seas, frequent lightning, and blinding downpours. Stay low or go
below, and make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.
