move west to northwest at 5 to 10 knots through the Hawk Channel
south of the Lower Keys and the western Straits of Florida. Mariners
encountering the stronger of the activity can expect blinding
downpours, wind gusts of 25 to 30 knots, and frequent lightning
strikes.
