Through 8 pm, a cloud line has formed over the Lower Keys and
nearshore waters surrounding the Lower Keys, which produced a
confirmed waterspout north of Key West and Stock Island moments ago. This
activity will be continue to be capable of moderate to heavy
downpours, wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots, occasional lightning
strikes, and a risk of waterspouts. On land, island communities of
the Lower Keys may pick up a few hundredths to up to a tenth of an
inch of rainfall.
