Through 800 PM, isolated showers and possibly a thunderstorm will track east northeastward at 10 to 15 mph, and be mostly located near the island chain. The stronger activity will be found near Saddlebunch and Sugarloaf, as well as near Islamorada and Key Largo. These cells may produce a few lightning strikes, wind gusts of 20 to 25 mph, and blinding downpours. Affected island locations along the Lower Keys may receive an additional one quarter to three quarters of an inch of rain. $$
