Through 5:30 am, isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue
moving to the south near 5 knots across portions of the Upper and
Middle Keys, in particular, (between Lower Matecumbe Key and Duck
Key), portions of Hawk Channel, portions of the Florida Strait, and
the offshore Gulf waters south of the Dry Tortugas. Mariners
encountering this activity can expect reduced visibility in areas of
moderate to heavy rain and wind gusts of 15 to 20 knots. On land,
rainfall amounts of a trace up to a quarter of an inch are possible.
