Through 900 am, a cluster of showers and possible brief isolated thunderstorms will continue to wane in the distant Straits of Florida south of the Upper Keys. These showers will move generally to the east at 10 to 15 knots. Mariners encountering the heaviest showers, mainly south of Floyd`s Wall Northeast, can expect heavy downpours reducing visibility and a rare lightning strike. $$
