Through 600 am, scattered clusters of showers with an isolated
embedded thunderstorm will track northwestward at 10 to 15 knots
across the waters surrounding the Florida Keys. The stronger activity
may produce wind gusts of 25 to 30 knots, blinding downpours, and
a few lightning strikes. Island communitites, in particular in the
Upper Keys, may observe up to a quarter to half of an inch of
additional rainfall.
