will move across the Florida Keys, including the Dry Tortugas, and
surrounding coastal waters while moving east- southeast at near 15
knots. Mariners encountering this activity can expect blinding
downpours, brief bouts of lightning, and wind gusts of 25 knots.
Island communities Key West to Big Pine could see a quick quarter of
an inch of rainfall.
