Through 800 am, isolated showers will continue to drift generally
northeast to eastward at 5 to 10 knots across portions of the deep
Gulf waters and western Florida Straits, including the Dry Tortugas,
and the nearshore Gulf and Bay waters north of the Lower and Middle
Keys. These showers may produce brief moderate to heavy downpours
limiting visibility and wind gusts up to 20 knots. An occasional
lightning strike cannot be ruled out.
