Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced boaters should avoid operating in these conditions. If you must operate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your radar, GPS and compass.
