...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING WESTWARD THROUGH THE
OFFSHORE SE GULF WATERS...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to move quickly
westward at near 20 knots across the offshore SE Gulf waters. This
activity will be capable of producing gusty winds to near 30 knots,
blinding downpours, along with occasional lightning strikes. Most of
the remaining activity is expected to remain north of the Dry
Tortugas.
