At 538 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Rips, moving northeast at 10 knots. Locations that will be affected include... South Rips, Rips, and Islamorada Hump. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
