Hawk Channel and Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef to Craig Key out
60 nm...
Florida Bay including Barnes Sound, Blackwater Sound, and Buttonwood
Sound...
Straits of Florida from Craig Key to west end of Seven Mile Bridge
out 20 nm...

At 514 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a
strong thunderstorms, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 nm
southeast of Molasses Reef Light to near Islamorada Hump to near
Alligator Reef Light, moving southeast at 15 knots.

Locations that will be affected include...
South Rips, Islamorada Hump, Davis Reef Light, Floyd`s Wall
Northeast, Eagle Wreck, 409 Humps, and Rips.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
