            A mature, narrow waterspout with a visible
            spray ring was observed by broadcast media
            just south of Bow Channel Bridge, east of
            Upper Sugarloaf Key. It was tilted westward
            at about a 30 degree angle from the waters
            surface to the cloud base, moving WSW around
            10 knots. The waterspout dissipated at 2:05
            PM, with a duration of approximately 5
            minutes.
