            A skinny, rope-like, mature waterspout with
            a spray ring was observed off John Pennekamp
            State Park this morning and reported via
            social media. It was tilted at a 45 degree
            angle northeastward from the cloud base to
            the waters surface. Movement was to the NE
            around 10 knots. Duration was approximately
            2 minutes before it dissipated.
