.Discussion...
A Saharan Air Layer (SAL) will be moving in from the east later
this morning. This will effectively shutdown most convection by
this afternoon. This SAL will linger into Thursday, keeping rain
chances below normal. Thereafter, expecting a wetter period as a
disturbance moves southward across the Florida Peninsula. Despite
the dry air in the short term, min RH values will fall only to
around 70 percent.
